A. Pathological & Radiological Tests (Booked Online/In-Center)
Before Sample Collection: Full refund if canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled
appointment.
After Sample Collection: No refund, as the test process has already begun.
B. Home Collection Services
Before the Phlebotomist’s Visit: Full refund if canceled at least 2 hours before the
scheduled collection time.
After the Phlebotomist Arrives or Sample is Collected: No refund, as the service has
been availed.
If the phlebotomist couldn't collect the sample due to vein type or any other issue, it
will be rescheduled with a senior, more experienced phlebotomist.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
If paid in cash, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer to provide details).
3. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost up to 2 hours before for pathology/home collection and
4 hours before for radiology tests.
4. Failed or Delayed Tests
If a test is not conducted due to technical issues or lab errors, a full refund or free re-test will be
provided.
If the report delivery is delayed beyond the promised time, customers can request a 50% refund (except
in cases of unforeseen technical issues).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
If a patient misses their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
If the customer books an incorrect test without prior consultation.
If a test is rejected due to improper fasting/non-compliance with pre-test instructions.
